What does Cybertrace have that others don’t?

Cybertrace uses a combination of technical investigative techniques in order to track and uncover social media trolls. Our team of cyberbully investigation experts is constantly developing new tools to expose online harassers. By always staying ahead of the latest technological developments, we are constantly improving our ability to pinpoint information. Investigative methods include content analysis, identifying linked contact details, investigations of suspects, sophisticated tracking, and social engineering, to name a few. Cybertrace has also developed its own highly specialised tools with the capability to deploy through social media platforms to extract user information, such as an IP address, mobile device type, and any other data which can be used to identify the offender. These constantly updated tools were designed in-house by Cybertrace’s development team and are not used by any other investigators. Instead, they remain one of Cybertrace’s leading tools to find out who is behind a fake or anonymous cyberbully profile.

How can Cybertrace help me?

Our cyberbullying investigations team is the best in the business, establishing leads where others draw blanks. In a recent case, Cybertrace helped an Australian professional with a public profile experiencing anonymous defamation and online harassment. Worried about its impact on his reputation and business, he supplied Cybertrace with a list of potential suspects. Skilfully combining investigative experience, custom-designed tracking technology, and social engineering, our investigators identified the cyberbully’s IP address in Switzerland. While at first there wasn’t an obvious connection to any of the potential suspects, further investigation revealed that the client’s disgruntled ex-girlfriend had just relocated there. Armed with Cybertrace’s comprehensive report, our grateful client was therefore able to take legal action.

With police forces struggling to keep up with a deluge of reports of cyberbullying, reputable private investigators like Cybertrace are vital in helping victims get justice. Over the past few years, we have established ourselves as international experts in successfully uncovering harassers’ personal information and/or IP addresses. As a result, our clients have taken our reports to their lawyers, the police, and the courts to get justice. We can do the hard legwork so that you can present the police with a strong case and clear evidence. In our experience, law enforcement is much more likely to take up cases that have a solid evidence base. Let our professional cyber investigators conduct a cyberbullying investigation for you. Don’t suffer in silence – contact our team today for a confidential discussion on how to stop cyberbullies.

    Hi there,
I am being cyber harassed and my company is being defamed by a troll Instagram account that won’t leave me alone. They have created fake emails to associate with the account so it is impossible to track who is really behind it. Would love to determine who this is if you can track their IP address and more.

Have been receiving hateful and defamatory messages on instagram from an ex’s girlfriend on three separate fake accounts. I know for certain that it is her because my ex confronted her and she confirmed as much by word of mouth but I need hard proof because the harassment has persisted. How can I prove that perhaps the email address or phone number or IP for the accounts are all the same and linked to her?
