Is Pro Bits (a.k.a. Probits, Prosbits or Pros Bits) a scam? YES. Probits, operating the prosbits.com website are scammers and linked to the scam company of Flack Consulting, LLC.

Before you send any money to an online investment opportunity, you need to do your own due diligence. In today’s online landscape, scammers are using extremely sophisticated techniques to appear legitimate. And the scam trading websites they design, are very impressive. The Probits website is a perfect example of just how well-designed these fraudulent investment sites can be. Take a look below at what the homepage of Pro Bits looks like, featuring a flashy animated video.

Prosbits.com advertises itself as a safe and secure platform for online investing. It appears to offer a wide range of investment options, from stocks and bonds to cryptocurrencies. It also claims to offer an “automated” trading feature that allows users to set up investments with minimal effort. Unfortunately, these claims are false. Prosbits.com is not a legitimate investment platform. It is in fact a scam website, one that is designed to steal your money.

Red Flags

Company Details

The probits.com (Prosbits) website claims to be operated by the company, Flack Consulting LLC. Just as we reported in our warning of the Epsilon FX scam, commonly, LLC companies are registered in the United States. However, the Pro Bits website lists a registered address of the First floor, First St Vincent Bank Ltd Building, James Street Kingstown, St. Vincent, and the Grenadines.

At the time of our investigator’s research, we did not confirm any company is registered under the name of Flack Consulting in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. Perhaps a company was previously registered and is no longer active, or perhaps the company just never existed. Either way, even if the company does exist, it doesn’t mean investing with Pro Bits is a good idea. These scammers will attempt to extract as much money from anyone who falls victim to their fancy website.

Whilst our searches did identify a United States registered company, Flack Consulting, LLC. We did not find any information to suggest this US company is linked to the Pro Bits (Prosbits) website.

Online Reviews

It is always worth doing a bit of research online to see if other people are talking about the website. However, there don’t seem to be many reviews or warnings against the probits.com website. ScamAdviser does rate the website a 1/00 on its TrustScore index though.

Our fraud investigators identified a review published by James Greening on the Fake Website Buster site. The review is not for Pros Bits, but for known scam websites, arkcoin.live and arkcoin.cc. These websites also claimed to be operated by Flack Consulting LLC. The Ark Coin scam websites could very well be the previous version of the Pro Bits scam.

Connected Scam Websites

Through technical investigations, our team identified many other websites which we believe are also scams and very likely connected to the prosbits.com scam. Please note: We have not independently verified every website listed below as a scam. There may even be a legitimate website listed, however, we believe almost all sites listed below are indeed fraudulent platforms.
