Who Is ne-xperts.com And What Do They Claim To Offer?

Cybertrace has been receiving reports about the fraudulent entity Nexperts from innocent victims who have sadly fallen into the trading scam. The ne-xperts.com website claims to offer “algorithmic trading on a quantum powered multi-asset broker”. What does that even mean? It also mentions “deep liquidity”, “fallback data centres” and “ultra-low latency”. This kind of jargon is no doubt used to try and convince people that ne-xperts.com is a legitimate platform trading in crypto, forex and others. This could not be further from the truth.

On the Trading page on ne-xperts.com, it lists that they offer trading in Forex, Crypto, Shares, Spot Metals, Indices and Spot Energy. The page states “Nexperts is a leading multi-asset broker, offering over 400 tradable instruments across six distinct asset classes.”

The Regulatory Status: Is ne-xperts.com A Licensed Entity?

Open source searches to determine if Nexperts is a legitimate licensed entity revealed an investor warning page on the Moneysmart website that states that Nexperts (ne-xperts.com) is unlicensed.

We sure cleared that up fast, and it just goes to show that a little due diligence before engaging with any investment or trading website goes a long way! Is Nexperts a scam? Yes, it is.

Promises Of “Guaranteed Returns”: The Most Obvious Red Flag

Fraudulent trading websites commonly make unsubstantiated and unrealistic claims like “guaranteed returns” or “unlimited profit potential”. Trading in cryptocurrency, Forex or indices is always going to involve risks, and there is no such thing as guaranteed returns with volatile markets such as these.

The ne-xperts.com website makes claims about their trading platform being powered by quantum computing”, and they claim that the speed of their quantum computers mean they can analyse the data and markets faster, and in turn that this makes the predictive capabilities of their AI faster and more effective. There’s no proof that having faster computers will make for better predictions and better trading in general though.

The home page on the ne-xperts.com website also mentions that their algorithms deliver results with a “remarkable accuracy rate of over 96.00%”. It also states that their algorithms have been designed specifically to leverage the power of quantum computing. There is no proof of any of these claims…

How Does The ne-xperts.com Scam Work?

Actual victims of the ne-xperts.com website reported that they have been approached initially by phone, via ‘spoofed’ numbers. Call ‘spoofing’ is when a caller deliberately falsifies their phone number on the caller ID to disguise their identity and appear as someone else. There have also been reports that the operators of ne-xperts.com have what sounded like Balkan accents

We have received numerous reports from people who have been scammed already by Nexperts, it appears that the operators of the scam are now heavily targeting Australians.

When people are first contacted by the fraudsters, they may try to build a rapport first before trying to convince the potential victims to ‘invest’ money with ne-xperts.com, or one of the other websites in the Nexperts network. Some of these scam operators will actually let victims ‘withdraw’ a smaller amount of money in the early days, so as to build trust.

Then the scammers will continue to convince the victims to add more money, assuring them they will reap the benefits and make a lot of money trading on ne-xperts.com. By this time, many people will start to question whether Nexperts is legit.

Once someone wants to try and ‘withdraw’ their money, it is too late. They will then be told that they need to pay ‘fees’ or a ‘release fee’ to get access to their money. At this stage it is too late, and this is the point where many victims will approach us to help.

The Phony Dashboard: Why Your “Profits” Aren’t Real

The ‘trading’ websites that operate these scams usually always present the user with a trading platform that looks like it could be legitimate. Here’s the thing, it isn’t. Despite the candlestick graphs and information about the prices of the tradable assets, the ‘trading platform’ is just there for show.

Usually there is a wallet address that can be used to transfer your crypto to the Fraudsters. Alternatively, sometimes we see that the operators of the scams create Australian bank accounts. They get the victims to do bank transfers into these accounts which have normally been set up online with fraudulent documents.

No matter how you have sent your money to the scammers, the fact remains that anything you see in your trading account on the website is totally fabricated. The trading account will show you that your profits are growing larger by the day, but there never were any profits or trading going on at all. The scammers have simply stolen your money with their elaborate scam.

Analysis Of The ne-xperts.com Domain: How Old Is The Website

Investigation of the domain records for ne-xperts.com revealed that the domain was created on 25 March 2025. This shows that the website is new, and does not have a long history which is often the case with scam websites as they frequently get shut down.

It is common practice for fraudulent trading website operators to keep moving the scam website on to new domain names. Generally speaking, the operators will run the scam via one or a few domains in the beginning. Once any of the domains starts to get bad reviews, and people complain on forums and review pages…it’s time for them to move to another domain.

They normally just duplicate the website exactly as it is, then set it up on another domain. This is one of many tactics the scammers use to try and avoid detection.

Verification And Safety: 6 Steps To Verify Any Online Trading Platform

  1. Check if the entity is licensed. Do not engage or send any money before you are certain the company is legit and carries a license to trade in your country.
  2. Search for investor warnings about the website. If it is fraudulent, there will likely be warnings online unless the website has just launched.
  3. Inspect the contact and company details, and look up physical addresses to see if there is any record of the ‘business’ being located there.
  4. Check the age of the domain. If the website claims to have been established for many years, but the domain is only 1 month old this is a huge red flag.
  5. Reject high-pressure and unsolicited contact from the operators of the website. Another huge red flag.
  6. Hire Cybertrace fraud investigators to conduct due diligence on any website/investment. Cybertrace offers unrivalled expertise to provide a clear answer to the question, is it real or is it a scam?
